Information involved

You do not need an IVYDEN account to browse our directory. Information involved in using the site may include:

  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs processed by hosting and service providers.
  • Contact correspondence: your email address and any information you choose to send when contacting us.
  • Advertising and game data: cookie or similar identifiers, device information, interactions, and information processed by advertising partners or embedded game providers under their own policies.

Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.

03

Why information is used

Information may be used to deliver website content and embedded games, maintain security, diagnose failures, answer inquiries, address rights requests, and support advertising.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on consent for relevant advertising or storage technologies, legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and responding to requests, or compliance with legal obligations. Which basis applies depends on the activity and the law that applies to you.

04

Google advertising & cookies

IVYDEN uses Google advertising services, including Google Ad Manager. Google and third-party advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, local storage, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve and measure advertisements, limit repeated ads, and detect fraud. Advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to serve advertisements based on visits to this website and other websites or apps, subject to consent and applicable settings.

Data may be shared with Google, its advertising partners, and service providers involved in delivering or measuring ads. The advertising vendors shown can vary by region, availability, and consent choices.

05

Your cookie & advertising choices

You can manage advertising personalization using Google Ads Settings or My Ad Center. Participating advertising vendors also offer industry opt-out tools. These choices may be browser- or device-specific and do not remove all advertisements. Non-personalized advertising may still use technologies for functions such as fraud prevention and measurement.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies and clear site storage. Doing so can affect games or remembered preferences. Blocking cookies alone does not necessarily stop every form of data processing.

If a consent message is presented, use its available controls to accept, reject, or manage applicable purposes and vendors. Where a privacy-settings control is offered by that message, use it to revisit or withdraw consent. A privacy policy, an email request, or changing Google personalization settings does not itself send a consent signal to advertising vendors.

Google requires a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework for personalized advertising to users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Consent-message availability and ad delivery depend on the publisher’s deployed configuration; this policy does not represent that a consent platform is installed.

06

Embedded games & external services

Game play pages load content hosted by third parties, including www.datinginfo.top. Loading an embedded game establishes a connection to its provider and may disclose your IP address, device and browser information, and the referring page. The provider may use additional cookies or storage and may display its own advertising.

Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Review the notices offered within the game or provider’s website. Contact IVYDEN with the game URL if you need help identifying a provider. Links to other websites do not transfer IVYDEN’s control to those websites.

07

Sharing, transfers & retention

Hosting, email, advertising, and game providers may process information in different countries, including the United States. Applicable protections and transfer arrangements depend on the provider, the processing, and the law that applies. We do not claim that every provider uses the same safeguards.

We keep contact correspondence only as needed to handle the inquiry, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Technical logs and advertising identifiers follow the retention settings and policies of the relevant providers. There is no single retention period for all services. You can contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry.

Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation, protect rights, investigate misuse, or secure the service.

08

Privacy rights & requests

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. Advertising-related disclosures can be treated as sale or sharing under some laws, depending on the circumstances.

Send requests to [email protected], stating your country or region and the request you wish to make. We may need reasonable verification, will apply relevant exceptions, and will respond within the period required by the law that applies. You may also be entitled to complain to a local supervisory authority or appeal a decision. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

Children’s privacy

IVYDEN provides a general browser game directory. We do not ask children to create an account or submit personal information. Some games and their artwork may appeal to younger visitors; parents and guardians should review the content and the game provider’s notices before use.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without the authorization required by applicable law, contact Xu Yougang with enough details to investigate. We will take appropriate steps, which may include deleting information we control or referring the request to the relevant provider.

10

Security & policy updates

Internet services cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sharing unnecessary personal information and notify us if you identify a security or privacy concern.

We may revise this policy as the website or its providers change. The date on this page identifies the latest revision. Where required, material changes will be communicated or fresh consent obtained through an appropriate mechanism. Continued browsing is not treated as consent to non-essential cookies.
